• It started in 1998, when Mario discovered his passion for the F&B industry. A passionate Lebanese entrepreneur, who invested in his knowledge, skills, experience education, building brick by brick a vast experience in hospitality, catering, events management and franchising
• A hospitality management graduate from Notre Dame University, Mario has accomplished a keen international experience by training at Paul Bocuse in Lyon, and participated in advanced meat and grilling masterclasses in all of Australia, America, Brazil, Ecuador, Ireland and the Netherlands.
• Winning second place in the world in the South American grill and BBQ tournament in Chile. In 2017, the kickstart of a new thrill grilling experience was introduced to the Lebanese market, under BBQ BROS New Concept, The Glasshouse, home of BBQ BROS. a success that hit the region by a skyrocketing growth to gather people around the fire for an upbeat live cooking experience, enjoying the food, the mood, and the warm memories.
• BBQ BROS dynamic concept is now known to be the heartbeat of every occasion “Fire up your event” became the tag line breaking with it the borderlines by firing up events in Lebanon, Egypt, Kuwait and soon in other MENA countries coming down the pipeline.
• Mario is a board member of WBQA (World Barbecue Association) in addition to Ambassador for WBQA for Asia and Middle East and President of WBQA in Lebanon.
