Harry is a writer, editor and hospitality consultant. With a focus on F&B, design and travel content, he contributes regularly to the likes of The Telegraph, Wallpaper*, Hospitality Design, Food & Travel, Suitcase and Robb Report. He was also formerly the editor of Supper, bringing the title to market and overseeing its subsequent growth. As an F&B consultant, Harry works with owners and operators to help them better understand the landscape, refine their concepts, shape their brands and ultimately connects them with the best partners to help them implement their visions. He also applies his extensive grounding in editorial to help hotels, restaurants, bars and design studios create well-conceived content strategies and produce compelling copy and visuals - enabling them to tell their stories in the most engaging and thoughtful way possible.
