Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne
I grew up in the Swiss mountains in a constantly busy house with friends, neighbors, or family members. Dinners were always big, hearty meals from the garden that welcomed anyone that wanted to join. With a sense of hospitality born from my childhood and upbringing, I pursued my studies in Oxford and at the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne while gathering experience in hotels and restaurants around the globe. With a fondness for the beverage industry, I went after opportunities in Sydney and London behind the infamous Artesian Bar and joined Proof & Company in Singapore, an influential bar consultancy firm.
Growing up surrounded by nature, sustainability has not become but always was a part of my interests. I’m determined to steer my beloved hospitality industry in the right direction, fit for a circular economy, and do good for its people, guests, and the planet.
Fresh out of my studies, I joined ecoSPIRITS Global, the world’s first closed-loop spirits distribution technology, as Sustainability Manager. And that’s already a step in the right direction.
