She started her career in film and TV sales then moved into film journalism before settling on hospitality as an area of expertise. Based in Dubai, Claudia has covered F&B in the region for close to a decade as the editor of leading publications including Caterer Middle East and Hotelier Middle East. A storyteller with strong industry and media contacts, Claudia is a freelance journalist, content creator and the Gulf Academy Chair for MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants.
