Baky spent 18 years acquiring experience in the hospitality business and has an extensive track record in many renowned outlets' operations. Finance and logistics are Baky's expertise, along with strong skills in F&B project management.
The turning point of his career was in 2009 when he joined Tamarai's management team and became a managing partner until leaving in 2013. Baky started his own Hospitality group, aiming to create an elevated hospitality experience in the capital's F&B scene.
Baky Hospitality Group opened its first neighborhood restaurant, Sachi Heliopolis in June 2014, Kaźoku a contemporary Japanese concept in December 2015. Sachi By The Sea a seasonal restaurant and beach bar in the summer of 2016; by the Mediterranean shores. Shinkō bar and Lexie’s a modern Italian restaurant in late 2018. In June 2021, Baky Group opened its latest Sachi edition, Sachi Park St. And Baky Group aims to open their first franchise Reif Kushiyaki in October 2021.
