With an extensive experience of running a private business in catering for over a period of six years and a drive to constantly strive for more, Hanadi decided to take her passion to the next level and joined the International Centre for Culinary Arts (ICCA), Dubai to get professional training in culinary arts, and obtained a double Diploma in Cookery and Patisserie. This is where she honed her skills to build a strong foundation for her career in culinary.

Passionate for cooking from a young age and constantly pursuing her dreams, Hanadi at present works as a Professional Chef at the Marriot Hotel, Riyadh, representing the new Saudi Arabia and is also a dynamic member of the Saudi Arabian Chef’s Association (SACA).
