Alexis, leads the Foodservice MENA division. He is the Client contact in charge of F&B projects, collaborations with the wider JLL teams to produce accurate and informative F&B reviews.
In the Middle East, he has delivered projects including master planning the F&B strategy for NEOM, KSA and King Abdullah Financial District, Riyadh, KSA, as well as undertaking a review of sales performance and operations at Rosewood, Abu Dhabi.
Alexis, trained Chef in Michelin Stared Restaurants, joined the JLL Foodservice Consulting EMEA team in January 2016. In September 2018, he relocated to Dubai to lead the Foodservice Consultancy MENA division.
His experience comes from almost a decade of foodservice operations and management, working in the kitchens and managing high end restaurants and hotels before developing and selling his own restaurant.
