He is a former Professor of Practice in Entrepreneurship at Dar Al-Hekma University and Effat University.

Founded and co- founded ASD Holding Company, Global Business Development Consultancy, SEA Ventures, CITY hub, SEA Academy, and Swiss Hospitality Academy.

Abdulsalam is a serial entrepreneur who founded multiple local and global businesses in the United States, Switzerland, and Saudi Arabia. Abdulsalam has a wide range of experience in consulting and training business. Abdulsalam worked part-time as a professor of practice at Dar Al-Hekma University and Effat University teaching Entrepreneurship, Creativity, Innovation, and Leadership. Also, he consults for a wide number of organizations and educational institutes in Saudi Arabia to build an entrepreneurial ecosystem.

By the end of 2018, Abdulsalam participated as a mentor in Seed Stars which was powered by Misk foundation in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to enable entrepreneurs from all kinds. By the beginning of 2019, Abdulsalam delivered a hospitality entrepreneurship program at Cezar Ritz Colleges in (different City), Switzerland. Recently, he participated in Startupbootcamp as an investor at its Fintech track demo day in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Abdulsalam is passionate about developing an entrepreneurial mindset for potential entrepreneurs and supporting entrepreneurs to start new ventures besides introducing them to more opportunities. His training experience focuses on Entrepreneurship and Design Thinking. Additionally, he has a worldwide experience in training in the United States of America and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In 2018, he initiated SEED Boot Camp, Serial Entrepreneurs Enabling and Development Boot Camp, which aims to broaden the participants’ views and involve them in an interactive learning experience where they come up with business ideas that can be applied in real life. Currently he is building a global entrepreneurship bridge between the Switzerland and Saudi Arabia to scale business globally.

Abdulsalam attended Babson College where he earned his SEE certificate. Also, he earned a Strategic Business Management certificate from Harvard University in addition to other executive education programs. He has a degree in Business Administration from Boise State University.
