With a strong consulting professional background with a Post-Graduation focused on Guest Services Management from The Oberoi Center of Learning & Development and a Gold Medalist in Hospitality from the University of Huddersfield, UK. Mahendra has featured in Power 50 in 2020 and Power women list twice, 2020 and 2021 and been nominated for various awards across various channels. She has conceptualized, operated, and opened over 55 restaurants regionally and internationally in her career. Some include Mohalla in D3 with 10 confirmed new openings of the homegrown brand in KSA, internationally acclaimed Marea in DIFC, The Host located in D3, Morini in Riyadh, along with a significant pipeline 11 woodfire with local well known chef, a modern French restaurant and a fine dining Indian concept. Other works include Qbara, Fume, Asma, Meshico, various casual dining restaurants, One and Only resorts, Master developments and International Franchises like Le Pain Quotidien, Vapiano, Berris and Mighty Quinn.
