Tea is the Founder and Managing Director of Strategic Hotel Consulting, an international management consulting firm specialising in hotel investments. Tea is based in Switzerland and has 15 years of consulting experience within Europe, Middle East and Asia. She has advised a number of prominent owners, developers and investors.
Prior to establishing Strategic Hotel Consulting in 2009, Tea worked in Asia with Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels and in the Middle East with TRI Hospitality Consulting.
She is a Member and a Board Member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC), the leading source for global hospitality expertise.
Tea has comprehensive operational background, having worked with the Four Seasons, Rosewood and Starwood hotel companies in positions covering F&B, rooms division, sales and marketing, yield management and Six Sigma process improvement and management. She is a graduate from the University of Surrey in the United Kingdom.

Previously, Cyril Piaia acted as CEO of Musstir, a major private Omani property developer part of MB Holding Group, with a total of US$ 1.6 Billion investments over 11 properties and ITC projects. Musstir’s projects included renowned international hotel operators from midscale up to ultra-luxury, such as Louis Vuitton Cheval Blanc, Anantara, Per Aquum, Radisson, Park-Inn…; Latest addition to Oman luxury market was the opening of the stunning “Al Baleed Salalah Resort by Anantara” in 2017, with 136 exclusive rooms out of each 106 spectacular pool-villas overlooking Al Baleed Archeological site, lagoons and white sandy beaches.
Piaia served earlier as CEO of Muriya Tourism Development company (a 70%/30% joint venture between Egyptian Group Orascom and Government development arm OMRAN) successfully leading from the front the development of 4 largest ITC projects in Oman with total land bank of 33.6 million m2, US$ 2.8 billion investments:
Sifah waterfront (Jebel Sifah): 6.2 million m2 integrated community, 5 five-star resorts (including Four Seasons & Anantara), 1 Boutique hotel, marina 200 berths, marina town, 18-holes PGA Peter Harradine golf course, 950 residential units
Salalah waterfront (Hawana): 15.7 million m2 integrated community, 5 five-star resorts (including Mövenpick, Rotana, Club Med), 2 Boutique hotels, 1 marina 250 berths, 9 km of lagoons, 1 marina town, 36-holes PGA Peter Harradine golf course and 1,150 residential units

Piaia is holding a Master Degree in Engineering from top-leading school Ecole Centrale in France, along with proficiency in the fields of Finance and Economics. While being hands-on with his team on the development of various projects in the country and abroad, Piaia is also actively involved in the development of the economic bilateral relation between Oman and France, as President of the French Foreign Trade Advisors appointed by the French Prime Minister and Board Member of Oman France Association.
Piaia also previously held an advisory post with the United Nations in Bangkok, Thailand and acted 9 years in Strategy and Corporate Finance consulting with Arthur Andersen in Paris, while spearheading the development of Arthur Andersen’s leading consulting practice for Travel & Tourism in Europe. Of the lesser known facts about the CEO of Musstir is his passion for desert exploration, high mountaineering and archaeological digs in Guyana forest and Libya.

Mr. Augostino Sfeir, CFA, is the Chief Investment Officer at United Real Estate Company (URC), as well as a member of URC's Executive Management & Investment Committee. He sits on the board of various related companies. Mr. Sfeir is a seasoned institutional Investment expert with 15+ years of extensive experience in managing large, complex investment portfolios, across all major asset classes, including private equity and real estate. Hands-on experience in asset management/consulting, Investment banking perspective strategy, as well as M&A & corporate finance activities at the corporate level. Mr. Sfeir has a notable, multi-million transaction Deal List, which were executed during several prior positions.
He is currently responsible for all investments & strategic planning activities at URC, from originating, to carrying out due diligence, structuring, financing, negotiating and closing transactions.
Mr. Sfeir holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, from Balamand University, Lebanon, and a certificate of completion in Hospitality Management from Conrad Hilton College - University of Houston, USA. He is also a CFA Charter holder.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Patrick has been a pivotal founding member of the company, joining IFA Hotels & Resorts in 2004 supporting the company’s international expansion, before heading the Middle East Development team, and then subsequently joining IFA Hotel Investments in 2010 to assist building what is now the IFA Real Estate Services Group.
The IFA Real Estate Services Group comprises more than 20 real estate related service companies organized into six business divisions.
